FAQ
Can Scorelio open PDF scores?
No. Export MusicXML or a similar format from your notation software. See Open a score.
I can't hear anything
Check these:
- Your device's volume
- Master volume in Preferences, in the menu at the top right
- In the mixer, whether S is on for another part or M is on for this one
Can I edit the notes?
No. Scorelio is for reading, hearing and practising scores. You can add text and pen annotations.
Do I need an account?
No.
Does it work offline?
Viewing, playback and, once you own Pro, features such as transposing and exporting work without a connection. You need one to buy or restore Pro, to use Watch an ad to unlock, and the first time you choose MuseScore General.
Are my scores uploaded?
No. The contents and names of your scores are processed only on your device. See the Privacy Policy (in Japanese).
What happens to my data on a new device?
You can restore Pro. Annotations and per-score settings are kept on the device, and there's no feature to sync them to another one.
How do I clear what's remembered for a score?
Use Saved score data in Preferences to delete one score's data, or all of it.
Can I remove ads?
Yes, buy Scorelio Pro.
Which languages are supported?
English, German, Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, French, and Brazilian Portuguese.
How do I send feedback or report a bug?
Use Feedback in the menu at the top right, or the email address below.
