石ノ丸は、ソフトウェアの受託開発を行う個人事業です。ご依頼いただいた仕様をそのまま実装するだけでなく、お客様の事業上の課題や、実際に使う方が何に困っているのかをうかがったうえで、「何をつくれば解決できるか」からご一緒に考えることを大切にしています。デスクトップアプリ・オーディオプラグイン・モバイルアプリ・Webサービスに対応し、とりわけ JUCE を用いたクロスプラットフォームのオーディオ・音楽ソフトウェアや、VST / AU 形式のオーディオプラグイン開発を得意としています。受託で培った技術をもとに、自社プロダクト Scorelio を企画から公開まで一貫して手がけました。

Ishinomaru starts from your business challenges and your users' pain points to help decide what to build — not just how to build it. We offer contract development across desktop applications, audio plugins, mobile apps, and web services, with particular strength in cross-platform audio and music software built with the JUCE framework, including VST / AU audio plugins. Building on the expertise gained through contract work, we have carried our own product, Scorelio, all the way from concept to release.

The engineer behind Ishinomaru's work. I have worked in software development for over ten years, centered on music and audio — spanning embedded devices, desktop apps, audio plugins, mobile, web, and AI (machine learning), across design, implementation, and project leadership.

• オーディオ・音楽ソフトウェア / プラグイン — JUCE を用いた Windows / macOS / Linux / iOS / Android 向けのクロスプラットフォーム開発。歌声合成・DJ・効果音・AI 作曲など、VST / AU プラグインからスタンドアロンアプリまで幅広く手がけています。 Audio & music software / plugins — cross-platform development for Windows / macOS / Linux / iOS / Android with JUCE: singing synthesis, DJ, sound-effect, and AI music tools, from VST / AU plugins to standalone apps.
• 音楽 × AI・信号処理 — 楽曲解析(キー / BPM / 拍の推定)や、Deep Learning を用いた音源分離・ボーカル位置推定、LLM 連携の Web サービスなど。AI 技術を用いた業界初の機能でプロジェクトリーダーを務め、技術調査・他社協業から実装までを主導した経験もあります。 Music × AI & signal processing — music analysis (key / BPM / beat detection), deep-learning source separation and vocal detection, and LLM-powered web services. I have also served as project lead for an industry-first AI-powered feature, driving everything from research and partner collaboration through implementation.
• 立ち上げ〜リリース〜運用の一気通貫 — 新規プロダクトをほぼ単独で立ち上げからリリースまで導いた経験。CI/CD 構築、アプリ署名・配布、外部パートナー(デザイン / 翻訳)との折衝まで。自社プロダクト Scorelio・Otoful も企画から手がけています。 End-to-end, from kickoff to release & operation — taking new products from kickoff to release almost single-handedly: CI/CD, app signing and distribution, and coordination with design/translation partners. Our own products, Scorelio and Otoful, were driven from concept.
• プロジェクト推進・顧客折衝(PM / PL) — 経営層への技術提案、協業先や依頼主との直接調整、工数管理やメンバーフォロー。これまでの開発の多くで PM / PL を担当してきました。 Project leadership & client-facing work (PM / PL) — proposing technology to management, coordinating directly with partners and clients, and handling scheduling and team support. I have led much of my work as PM / PL.

一貫して大切にしてきたのは、技術そのものよりも「お客様の課題をどう解決するか」と、それを支えるコミュニケーションです。立ち上げからリリース、その後の運用までを伴走してきました。近年は Claude Code をはじめとする AI エージェントを前提とした開発フローを構築・運用し、少人数でも品質とスピードを両立しています。

Throughout, what I have valued most is not technology for its own sake, but how to solve the client's problem — and the communication that makes it possible. I stay involved from kickoff through release and ongoing operation. Recently I build and run development workflows around AI agents such as Claude Code, achieving both quality and speed even with a small team.
